Leigh Ann Fulford and her husband, Joe, moved to their first and only home in Oakwood in 1987 where they raised three children. Leigh Ann was born in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated with a BS from Auburn University and a MA from the University of Kentucky. Through her volunteer work with CARE Walk, College Promise, and I Love West Dayton, she has become more aware of the inequities in Dayton and is eager to help others understand disparities in our community.
